Chesca Garcia-Kramer

Chesca Garcia is a much sought after commercial model and endorser and also one of the freshest faces to grace local showbiz in recent years. The elder sister of Patrick Garcia, acting comes naturally for the pretty mestiza. She has been a regular in several Tv programs in ABS CBN and GMA 7.

Chesca was a product of ABS CBN’s Talent Center. She was launched in Ang Tv and pretty soon her face was on the cover of such leading magazines like: Woman Today, Savvy, Mod, A-teen, Chic, Mr. And Ms., Candy, Vanity and most recently on the sold out copy of Uno magazine ( summer 2005 special issue).

Her gorgeous looks paved the way to several Tv and print commercials including: Eskinol, facial Care Center, Petit Monde, Jollibee, Close-up, Ivory Soap, Johnson & Johnson, Charmis, Newtex, PCI Bank, Ovaltine, Shakey’s Pizza, Del Monte Pineapple juice, Mc Donalds and Zenco footstep.

She is also the latest Asia Brewery girl and the face behind Virgin Cola. Chesca is also one of the celebrity endorsers for Technomarine Eyewear and watches as well as My Diamond. 2006 marks a banner year for Chesca, as her performance in the movie “Don’t Give Up On Us” opposite Judy Ann Santos earned her critical acclaim. She was also handpicked by Director Ruel Bayani to be the major foil in the soap opera, “Agawin Mo Ang Lahat.” She was also FHM’s cover girl for their 69th issue together with her friend, Nancy Castiglione. Chesca is also a co–host of the magazine show, “ US Girls ” over Studio 23.

What excites you about being a mom?

Everything about it... finally meeting my daughter after being in my womb for 9 months. not knowing what to expect is also exciting.

Whats one word you'd describe yourself?

Moody.

If there was one segment that you would want to add in your show what would it be and why?

maybe a crafts/crafting segment because its one of my interest and i think it will appeal to women of all ages. Its one way of making good use of our scarps and turning it into something beautiful again.

Whats one thing you cant leave home without?

money and my cellphone.

You've started showbiz at an early age how has it changed your life?

It has made me appreciate hard earned money and to prepare for the future. It has opened my eyes to the reality of life and to never stop growing as an individual. showbiz has widened my networking base for future plans in life.

Whats the most extravagant gift that you received from your husband?

My engagement ring.

How would you define an icon?

An icon is someone you try to emulate.

What can you say to your fans who wish to be a certified Us Girls in their own little way?

To all the girlfriends of Us girls, live life to the fullest, enjoy being a woman and embrace your individuality cause we are unique in our own little way. Its fun being a girl! :)
