What up guys, in this video I talk about 3 simple tips to trick your stomach in thinking its full so you end up eating less and getting six pack abs! So think of your stomach like a balloon, it inflates and deflates. When your stomach inflates or stretches, it sends a signal to your brain telling its full. On the other hand, when your stomach is deflated, it sends a signal to your brain that your hungry.
KEY: YOUR STOMACH CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE IF IT WAS FILLED UP WITH A POUND OF BUTTER OR A POUND OF WATER. So the trick is fill it up with as much low to NO calorie so you always feel full without gain fat.

Tip # 1 - Drink 2 glasses of water before every meal
- this will ensure that you are halfway full before starting your meal.
Tip # 2 - Eat foods with a high content of water
- for example: pick whole fruits instead of dried fruits
Also eat veggies that come in salads like lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, grapes, etc so it helps fill you up faster.
Tip # 3 - Eat more fiber
- Foods high in fiber breaks down slower in your body which means you stay fuller longer.
- Also Fiber is super absorbent to water and soaks it up like a sponge so combining fiber an water is a plus for getting full without getting fat!
Tip # 4 - Replace some starches (carbs) with some protein
Protein not only builds muscle, but it helps you stay full longer bc it breaks down much slower than carbs do. Next time you eat a meal, throw half of your carbs out and replace it with protein as it will slow down the total breakdown time of your food in your stomach causing you to stay fuller longer!
